About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 審核並處理各項請款、付款及費用報銷單據
- 處理日常會計帳務及相關行政作業
- 整理、核對及歸檔會計憑證
- 協助營業稅申報、各類扣繳申報及其他稅務相關作業
- 協助月結、年結及財務報表相關工作
- 支援台灣區年度審計及會計師查核作業
- 協助改善及優化財務流程與內部控制
- 負責台灣及其他指定區域之薪資計算及薪酬作業
- 準確計算每月薪資、加班費、獎金、津貼及其他薪酬項目
- 執行薪資相關扣繳作業（如所得稅、二代健保等）
- 辦理員工勞工保險、全民健康保險及勞工退休金之加保、退保及異動作業
- 確保薪資發放及人事作業符合台灣《勞動基準法》及相關法令
- 與內部 HR、Finance 團隊及外部合作夥伴保持良好溝通，確保薪酬及法遵作業順利進行
Requirements
What you’ll need- 會計、財務、商學或相關科系學士以上學歷
- 1-2 年以上台灣薪資（Payroll）及財務／會計相關工作經驗
- 具跨國企業或 BPO／Payroll Outsourcing 經驗者佳
- 熟悉台灣《勞動基準法》及相關勞動法規
- 熟悉勞工保險、全民健康保險、勞工退休金及所得稅等相關制度
- 熟悉營業稅、扣繳申報及一般會計作業流程
- 熟悉 Excel（如 Pivot Table、VLOOKUP、XLOOKUP 等）及常用會計／薪資系統
- 具備基本財務分析及帳務處理能力
- 中文流利
- 英文具商業溝通能力
- 細心謹慎，具高度數字敏感度
- 具良好的保密意識及職業操守
- 能獨立作業並有效管理工作優先順序
- 具備跨部門及跨文化溝通協調能力
- 曾使用 Xero、QuickBooks 或其他 Payroll／ERP 系統者佳
- 具跨國薪酬（Regional Payroll）或 EOR／Global Payroll 經驗者佳
