About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the execution and delivery of internal projects that improve workflows, systems, and collaboration across Skyrocket Studios.
- Drives operational clarity, implementing structured processes, and enabling teams to deliver efficiently.
- Plans and manages internal operations projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develops timelines, tasks, and milestones using ClickUp.
- Tracks project progress, manages risks, and adjusts plans to maintain delivery timelines.
- Ensures projects stay within scope and align with internal operational objectives.
- Works closely with department heads to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Facilitates communication across teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identifies inefficiencies in workflows and proposes solutions to improve operational processes.
- Supports the implementation of standardized project management practices across departments.
- Provides regular updates to the Head of PMO on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience using ClickUp for project management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing internal operations or agency projects.
- Strong proficiency in ClickUp for project tracking and collaboration.
- Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
- Familiarity with agile or structured project management methodologies.
