About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build advanced WordPress websites using Elementor and custom theme development
Develop Shopify and Shopify Plus websites, including Liquid template customization and third-party app integrations
Create and manage API integrations that enhance functionality and system efficiency
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support debugging, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices
Develop and integrate AI-powered features and agents using Gemini Enterprise and the Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Integrate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services into web applications using Cloud APIs and Vertex AI
Build lightweight data engineering workflows such as data pipelines using Cloud Functions and BigQuery
Support scalable data infrastructure that enables analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights
Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stability and performance of deployed websites and applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
2–3 years of professional experience in web development, particularly WordPress and Shopify
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, Liquid, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database management (MySQL)
Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud APIs, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions
Experience with AI/ML integrations such as Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, or AI agent frameworks
Familiarity with server management, DNS configuration, and hosting environments
Understanding of web security practices and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
