About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Producing engaging short-form video content that aligns with client branding and performance goals
Conceptualize, plan, and execute short-form video content based on client briefs and trends
Film content independently or with subjects, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives
Edit videos using mobile editing tools for fast turnaround
Collaborate with Digital Associates and Project Managers for content alignment and approvals
Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables
Ensure all outputs pass quality assurance standards before submission
Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, non-compete, and conflict of interest

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field
Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
Proven experience in content creation, filming, and mobile video editing
Creative storytelling and trend-spotting ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pipelines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing previous content work (personal or professional)
