About the role

  • Collaborate with the Director to translate vision into actionable plans within budgetary and logistical constraints (Production Management)
  • Liaise with clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring clear communication and meeting project needs
  • Coordinate team resource schedules and optimize allocation for efficient production workflows
  • Conduct research and provide information to support production decision-making
  • Oversee production scheduling, budgeting, and workflow adherence
  • Write and review scripts and program ideas; develop detailed schedules and budget estimates (Pre-Production)
  • Research internet and creative trends; analyze past analytics to guide creative execution
  • Prepare production breakdowns including casting, locations, and crewing; obtain budget approval and book resources
  • Provide daily schedules to the Director and maintain production schedule adherence during filming/recording
  • Ensure compliance with copyright laws and union agreements; foster positive client relationships
  • Define, plan, and manage assigned projects; identify key resources and direct project objectives (Project Leadership)
  • Participate in pitch presentations and assist in preparing presentation materials
  • Stay informed on industry developments and participate in training to enhance shoot production skills

Requirements

  • Proficiency in shoot production across various formats and genres
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey shoot plans effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage shoot logistics efficiently
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive for shoot planning
  • Commitment to meeting shoot deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement in shoot production processes
  • Team player with a proactive mindset, able to lead and support shoot projects effectively
  • Ability/legal authorization to work in the Philippines (application form asks)
