About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active outbound telephone contact with existing customers, focusing on tariff/plan adjustments, contract renewals, and customer win-back
- Comprehensive training on the product portfolio as well as communication and sales techniques
- Working hours Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00 — either a fixed late shift or alternating weekly between early and late shifts
- Career development supported by the S-KON Academy: training progression from agent to coach, trainer, or team leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally some experience in telephone sales or customer contact — career changers with sales talent are also welcome
- You have a quiet home office workspace and a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed
- Confident PC skills, good IT knowledge, and technical understanding
- Very good German language skills and a friendly, clear telephone manner
