About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome customers, both in-branch and over the phone
- Engage in conversations to understand customers’ needs
- Provide tailored solutions for customers
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone
- Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience of interacting with customers
- Experience in a Contact Centre environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well alongside others, with a ‘one-team’ mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a variety of different customers
- Desire and ability to grow, adapt and change whilst accommodating business needs and priorities
