About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • play a critical part in the execution, governance, and continuous enhancement of Fidelity's Executive Compensation and Shareholder programs
  • leverage your expertise in compensation analysis, program management, executive compensation administration, and cross-functional partnership to support compensation programs across the organization
  • responsible for analyzing complex compensation data, supporting executive compensation processes and initiatives, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives
  • supporting executive compensation governance, compliance, and risk management activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of related work experience, preferably in HR or Compensation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning new tools
  • Understanding of internal HR tools such as Workday, WIA/WFDL, and Compensation Planner
  • Experience utilizing external market data and compensation survey sources
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
  • High degree of accuracy and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work across a large organization and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to build relationships and consult with all levels of the organization
  • Strong program/project management skills
  • Ability to listen and respond effectively to information, and to give and receive feedback
