About the role

  • Serve as Senior Manager for analytics & insights work on the various improvement initiatives across Fidelity Workplace Investments
  • Drive transformation to a platform-enabled and capability-led Digital Future to benefit clients and participants
  • Lead analytics, experimentation, and insight generation across digital channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, network and journey mapping, and campaign measurement
  • Experience with SQL to create, manipulate and transform large datasets
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI or similar visualization tools
  • Experience presenting to cross-functional partners and crafting data narratives
  • Financial industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Python or R is a plus
