About the role
- Serve as Senior Manager for analytics & insights work on the various improvement initiatives across Fidelity Workplace Investments
- Drive transformation to a platform-enabled and capability-led Digital Future to benefit clients and participants
- Lead analytics, experimentation, and insight generation across digital channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge of profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, network and journey mapping, and campaign measurement
- Experience with SQL to create, manipulate and transform large datasets
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI or similar visualization tools
- Experience presenting to cross-functional partners and crafting data narratives
- Financial industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Python or R is a plus
