About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support multiple types of investment performance reporting, attribution, and competitor analytics
- Partner with investment professionals and senior leaders to address complex inquiries
- Collaborate closely with internal and external data teams
- Support new product development efforts
- Drive continuous improvement within performance business operations
- Mentor and guide analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- 7 years of proven experience
- Deep knowledge of performance methodologies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Snowflake (querying), PowerBI or modern data platforms preferred
- Experience working with third-party data and tools such as Morningstar Direct, Lipper, or similar platforms
- CFA, CIPM, or CAIA preferred or willingness to pursue
