Support multiple types of investment performance reporting, attribution, and competitor analytics
Partner with investment professionals and senior leaders to address complex inquiries
Collaborate closely with internal and external data teams
Support new product development efforts
Drive continuous improvement within performance business operations
Mentor and guide analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
7 years of proven experience
Deep knowledge of performance methodologies
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Snowflake (querying), PowerBI or modern data platforms preferred
Experience working with third-party data and tools such as Morningstar Direct, Lipper, or similar platforms
CFA, CIPM, or CAIA preferred or willingness to pursue
