work with trading desks, compliance, clients and leadership to prioritize the product feature backlog
deliver best in class execution and user-friendly workflows that support the advisors, traders and brokers in their daily work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with electronic trading and fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes)
Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple
Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts
Highly collaborative and effective communicator, capable of making and defending decisions even under conditions of uncertainty
Software product leadership and program management skills
Intellectual curiosity and experience fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
A track record of contributing to high-performing teams
