About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and manage event registration sites in Cvent
  • Manage registration sites and provide updates to planning teams/program managers
  • Communicate with planners and key business partners on event logistics, registration status, scheduling, attendance and attendee feedback
  • Plan for and execute the creation and printing of name badges, agendas, attendee lists, biographies, and all other meeting materials requiring production (tent cards, dinner cards, etc.)
  • Research premium items, negotiate pricing and ship to events as necessary
  • Invoice management - process invoices and follow up on status of payments
  • Research and source venues, premiums, speakers and ad hoc requests
  • On-site support for events as needed
  • Ensure that feedback from all events is collected, analyzed, and reported to business leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in event coordination and/or event support.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Cvent Event Management/Database software experience a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate between different departments.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of data management for events
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
