Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of total work experience; strong preference for prior experience in management consulting or strategy development
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and primary/secondary research to develop practical, concrete recommendations
- Strategy consulting toolkit including critical thinking skills, structured problem-solving, and actionable synthesis to turn data into insights
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
- Effective communication ability to influence cross-functional teams through analysis and presentations
