About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Configuration Management CoE, with a strong focus on Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation
  • Support CMDB updates and analysis, and drive CSDM adoption across IT configuration data
  • Engage with strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required functionality within project timeframes
  • Mentor the organization on CM services, concepts, policies, and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 plus years of data / process analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes
  • 3 plus years of ITSM / ITIL service management related work experience
  • Experience with CSDM and operational use within ServiceNow CMDB
