About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services team and lead the transformation and conversion of client data.
Manage the end-to-end data conversion process from requirements gathering to successful production load.
Build strong partnerships with business partners, clients, and third-party vendors.
Effectively balance multiple assignments and priorities.
Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management.
Collaborate with Workplace Investing management teams and business partners to share approaches, develop solutions, and improve capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of project coordination and delivery experience
Client-facing experience
Equity compensation knowledge preferred
Experience with Mainframe and Systems Development Life Cycle
BS/BA Degree, Business Management or Computer Science preferred
Proven project management and process skills within data-centric projects
Strong data analysis capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
Critical thinker with sound decision-making skills
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
Demonstrates adaptability in dynamic environments
Ability to work independently.
