Lead a team of Communication Managers responsible for client consulting and execution of Health and Welfare benefits communication
Mentor and inspire a geographically distributed team
Coach teams on effective project management and operational excellence
Collaborate with internal and external business partners on communication strategies
Drive continuous improvement and develop high-quality communications for Plan Sponsors and Participants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree – required or equivalent experience
Proven management experience developing and supporting a diverse range of associates
Communications/Operations/Process Delivery experience is required
Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and collaboration skills
Experience in health care and employee benefits communications
