Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations
General understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes
Strong organizational and operational skills
Ability to understand and work with payroll software programs
Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
