Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead charitable planning efforts across the Pacific Northwest
  • Expand Fidelity Charitable’s presence and impact by engaging with financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, and corporate professionals
  • Help clients integrate charitable giving into their comprehensive wealth management strategies
  • Serve as a visible and credible leader representing Fidelity Charitable’s mission
  • Influence and operationalize charitable planning strategies across a diverse network of intermediaries
  • Deliver consultation and analysis on tax-advantaged giving strategies, complex asset donations, and philanthropic planning
  • Drive adoption of the Charitable Investment Advisor Program, generate referrals, and support client retention
  • Collaborate with internal partners and specialist teams to enhance divisional processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage resources across multiple work/project groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or designation (CAP®, CFP®) preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in field sales and strategic planning
  • Deep expertise in tax, legal, and investment principles related to charitable planning
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with functional and process implications
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to influential audiences
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact
  • High aptitude for learning, adaptability, and strategic decision-making
