About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare the production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Participate and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale and automate processes
- Interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization
- Effectively represent the business to customers and business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree expected
- 3+ years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank
- Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes
- Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings
- Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff and business partners
- Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
