Conduct competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the workplace benefits space.
Translate complex data into clear insights that inform decision-making across product, sales, and relationship management teams.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external research vendors.
Transform large datasets and apply analytical techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of experience in research, data analysis, or competitive intelligence.
Understanding of market and competitive research methodologies, sources, and tools.
Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience influencing through research-backed recommendations.
Demonstrated familiarity with and experience researching recordkeeping fintech solutions, HRIS platforms, and the broader disruptor ecosystem.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, product, and relationship management teams.
Proficiency in transforming and analyzing large datasets; familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with confidence presenting.
