What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Strong financial and analytical skills, including lease analysis and structuring
Experience managing brokers and external service providers
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
