  • Drive the Strategy to Execution Engine for Client Engagement Group by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans
  • Align teams around shared objectives
  • Drive execution of critical initiatives to achieve long-term growth and impact

  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear, actionable plans that support growth, innovation and operational excellence

  • Oversee high-priority initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Establish governance structures, timelines, and accountability measures
  • Drive organizational change management and fundraising improvement initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders across CEG to align priorities and drive enterprise outcomes
  • Lead CEG’s operating cadence (business reviews, leadership forums, offsites)
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–12 plus years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business management
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
  • Experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Think enterprise-first, not just functionally
  • Bring clarity to complexity and help leaders make better decisions
  • Balance speed with rigor and move forward
