Director, Engineering – Leader within Corporate Services Technology, supporting Accounting.
Directly manage software engineers and work closely with teams to design, build, integrate, and operate solutions.

Deliver high-quality Accounting technology platforms built on modern engineering practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep software engineering leadership experience delivering enterprise platforms in regulated environments.
Experience directly managing engineers responsible for full lifecycle delivery.
Strong engineering background across full-stack development.
Demonstrated experience with cloud-native architectures, including application deployment and operations on AWS.
Experience managing vendor and platform partnerships.
Strong understanding of secure engineering practices, data governance, and compliance controls.
Experience building or operating systems supporting high-risk domains.
Proven partnership experience with Accounting, Risk, and Corporate Services stakeholders.
Preferred understanding of Accounting processes.
Preferred experience with enterprise financial systems.
