About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide risk management support to Fidelity Wealth (FW) product and operations teams
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure risks are appropriately considered and mitigated as new products and services are developed
Support a debit card program management function
Conducting risk assessments
Performing control reviews
Providing risk advisory/initiative support
Managing and mitigating risk incidents
Providing analysis and reporting
Fostering strong partnerships and relationships to influence change
Working with partners in Legal and Compliance to support regulatory changes or issues
Assisting internal and external Audit partners
Ensuring appropriate reporting, communication and awareness on issues identified

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, legal or related control function
Strong financial services, banking, and / or broker-dealer industry knowledge
Knowledge of payment/debit card program management risk oversight a plus
Understanding of FW platforms including supporting database and cloud technologies
Proven problem-solving skills and experience making decisions
Risk assessment and / or controls or audit experience
Strong analytical and communications skills
Working knowledge in the field of data analytics a plus
Experience with Archer or similar GRC tool is a plus
Advanced degree or FINRA license (Series 7) is a plus
