About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a subject matter expert in workplace accommodations and/or leave of absence management
- Provide consultative leadership and guidance to a team of Accommodations and/or Leave Advisors
- Ensure compliance with ADAAA and EEOC guidelines
- Help minimize organizational risk through the identification of creative, reasonable accommodation solutions
- Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders
- Influence outcomes and deliver tailored solutions for associates
- Shape strategies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and an equitable associate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting leave of absence and ADA accommodations
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ADAAA, EEOC guidance, accessibility requirements, and FMLA
- Certification required
- Strong consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume, and sensitive cases
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Confidence providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives, vendor partnerships, or enterprise‑level improvements
