Key responsibilities & impact

The Clearing Conversion Data Manager plays a critical leadership role within Client Transition Services
Accountable for converting and mapping data from external Clearing Platforms to National Financial Services
Leads complex, cross‑functional onboarding initiatives
o Works with internal collaborators, Introducing Broker Dealers, and third-party vendors
Define and implement data conversion strategies
Transform business and regulatory requirements into mapping documents
Influence platform and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 years of proven success in the financial services industry
Demonstrated effectiveness in complex, client‑facing onboarding, transition, and operational roles
FINRA Series 99 required or to have with 90 days; Series 7 highly preferred
Proven track record to lead sophisticated, cross‑functional initiatives with meaningful functional or divisional impact
Strong project and program management expertise, including oversight of multiple concurrent, time‑sensitive workstreams
Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Access; SQL proficiency a plus
Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Executive Presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in data intensive mapping, including requirements definition, testing coordination, change management, and ongoing performance oversight
