Director, Regional Trust Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educating associates, grantors, and beneficiaries about FPTC’s services
- Guiding them as they work to bring new and existing trusts into FPTC
- Coordinating with Fidelity’s client-facing associates and FPTC’s fiduciary and trust administration teams to transition new and existing trusts
- Collecting required documentation and information to successfully onboard new and existing trusts in compliance with FPTC’s policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree with 12 years of Financial Services experience
- 5 years working within a trust bank
- CTFA designation preferred; CFP, MBA, or JD welcome but not required
- Able to explain and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
- Strong team orientation with the ability to function as a standout colleague
