About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with compensation data to uncover information and insights to help senior executives make decisions on a wide array of compensation programs including annual bonus, short-term and long-term incentives, as well as ongoing ad hoc information requests
Assist in the development of reporting and analytic tools using Snowflake, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, PowerShell, JavaScript and other Fidelity systems
Create complex data visualizations that will be used for executive presentations
Partner with technology team to set up and improve existing data infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree with 2-5 years of experience using reporting tools, relational databases, and creation of reports, and analytics
Expertise with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and Alteryx
Coding experience with SQL, PowerShell, Javascript is helpful
Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
