About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- help drive the success of the employer brand strategy with new and upcoming graduates through development of an integrated, comprehensive marketing strategy

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of marketing experience
- including experience with university programs, recruitment, or college admissions as well as managing people (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel B2C marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion against defined KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging business, competitive, and industry insights to inform integrated campaigns and optimize performance
- Demonstrated ability to establish clear metrics, define testing and learning agendas, and translate results into actionable recommendations
- Skilled in managing complex, multi-faceted campaigns and projects end-to-end—delivering high-quality work on time, on budget, and across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent marketing strategies, influence stakeholders, and guide internal and external partners, including agencies
- Direct and collaborate with third-party agencies on creative and content for marketing campaigns
