About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.
- Drive complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across multi-team epics and sub-initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading epics or large initiatives in Agile environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and motivated to stretch outside comfort zone and learn and apply new skills.
