Key responsibilities & impact

Manage within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team.
Partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues.
Drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across diverse solutions and approaches.
Serve as Manager for analytics and insights work reporting on various improvement initiatives.
Play a key role in transformation to a platform enabled and capability-led Digital Future.
Enable Workplace Investments to make data-driven decisions required to meet strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.
Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics.
Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.
Financial industry experience, a plus.
