Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit
experience in brokerage / capital markets a plus
4-year college degree a plus
familiarity with Fidelity’s businesses and risk programs
strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
data analysis and visualization skills a plus
interest and/or understanding of blockchain and digital assets is a plus
Independent thinker; accountable for, and skilled in, exercising sound judgment
High degree of integrity and strong work ethic
