Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in financial services
Advanced knowledge of alternative investments and digital products
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and investment company reporting
Strong understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
Experience with accounting and reporting platforms (e.g., Geneva, InvestOne)
Strong data proficiency, including Excel
Proven ability to lead process improvement and operational efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MBA or CPA preferred
