Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with clients, ideally workplace clients with multiple benefits products
Deep understanding of at least one of the following benefits areas: Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, Health Savings Accounts, Health and Welfare, Reimbursement Accounts.
Program management experience
Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to balance customer satisfaction with sound business judgment
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
