About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult/working with clients and fintechs to develop Integration use cases
Build roadmaps and implement integrations
Deploy APIs & SSO, Transmissions, connectivity
Monitor test environments, triage issues
Create test data and assist clients in performing testing in the test environments
Blend deep product knowledge and consultation skills to complete deliverables within the product deployment phase
Focus on continuous improvement and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent career experience preferred
5+ years of experience in product development, client management, and software deployment
Experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign On, File Transmissions
Demonstrated expert analytical skills and technical competence
Ability to drive towards business goals with effective communication and navigate through complex scenarios
Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolve user problems while working across stakeholders to prioritize solutions
Demonstrate a grow and learn mentality to advance skills and approach work with a constant curiosity to keep current with business and client needs.
