Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and execute both organic and paid social media strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, or related field
  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on organic and paid social media.
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Portfolio of social media content is required
  • Strong understanding of the major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and others)
  • Proven ability to create and edit short-form video content (such as Reels, TikToks)
  • Experience in content creation for social media with a creative eye and willingness to push boundaries on new ideas and concepts
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital platforms
  • Ability to manage social media communities with timely and helpful responses
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
