About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support critical product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner closely across Product, Distribution, Technology, and Operations.
Lead end-to-end business analysis across multi-team epics and sub-initiatives.
Drive discovery, define current/future states, and deliver high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments.
Proven experience leading epics or large initiatives in Agile environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and motivated to stretch outside comfort zone and learn and apply new skills.
