About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As an Education Consultant, you are part of Fidelity’s Participant Engagement business unit
Deliver live education workshops online and in person on financial wellness and planning topics
Inspire Plan Sponsors and Participants to introduce and educate them to the Retirement Readiness services
Help prepare webinars and workshops for successful plan sponsor and participant experience
Triage stated and unstated needs in 1:1 appointments with participants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred and least 3 years of financial services experience
Series 7 and 66 required (or S63/S65) required prior to hire
Customer facing experience
Demonstrated familiarity with Financial Planning Concepts
Presentation experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve/prepare for new challenges
Willingness to build professional, persuasive presentations with a clear call to action
Ability to achieve proficiency in fundamental workshop topics across Corporate & TEM
Ability to conduct onsite & virtual workshops (75% travel)
Bi-lingual/multi-language speaker a plus
