Key responsibilities & impact

Lead an enterprise‑scale organization delivering high‑impact benefits communications for Fidelity Workplace Investing
Set strategy, lead teams, manage vendors, and drive quality, efficiency, and innovation
Partner closely with senior leaders to improve client outcomes and business results
Oversee consulting, content development, and communications solutions that help plan sponsors and participants understand and engage with their benefits
Design and deliver content across digital and print channels in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading large, matrixed teams and complex operations
Proven capability in setting strategic direction and translating strategy into high‑quality execution, measurable results, and continuous improvement
Experience leading communications, operations, or process‑delivery functions in fast‑paced, highly interdependent environments
Strong people leadership skills, including identifying and developing talent, coaching leaders, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and issue escalation while driving accountability and risk mitigation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to and advising executive audiences with clarity and confidence
Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving skills used to navigate competing priorities and complex business challenges
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses obtained within 90 days
