About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead an enterprise‑scale organization delivering high‑impact benefits communications for Fidelity Workplace Investing
  • Set strategy, lead teams, manage vendors, and drive quality, efficiency, and innovation
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to improve client outcomes and business results
  • Oversee consulting, content development, and communications solutions that help plan sponsors and participants understand and engage with their benefits
  • Design and deliver content across digital and print channels in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience leading large, matrixed teams and complex operations
  • Proven capability in setting strategic direction and translating strategy into high‑quality execution, measurable results, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading communications, operations, or process‑delivery functions in fast‑paced, highly interdependent environments
  • Strong people leadership skills, including identifying and developing talent, coaching leaders, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and issue escalation while driving accountability and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to and advising executive audiences with clarity and confidence
  • Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving skills used to navigate competing priorities and complex business challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses obtained within 90 days
