Product Manager

• Assessing and documenting the requirements for alternative investment products operational ecosystem, including hedge funds and liquid alternatives products
• Evaluate Fidelity Fund Investment Operations and provide context to accelerate product roadmap and target state operating model
• Provide critical alternatives subject matter expertise to accelerate product roadmap and operational readiness for new products and requirements
• Interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization and represent the business to customers and business partners
• Intake new product requirements from Asset Management to help expand FFIO’s capabilities and accelerate operational readiness
• Collaborate with investment operations, trading, compliance, legal, and oversight teams across Fidelity asset management divisions
• Create innovative implementation and portfolio transition solutions that minimize portfolio disruption and transaction costs
• Foster a culture of quality while embracing pace over perfection when implementing new investment products and capabilities
