About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support new business due diligence and ongoing risk monitoring processes for the Custody, Family Office and FIWA channels
Conduct reviews to assess the risk profile of current and prospective clients
Recommend actions to drive risk reduction
Engage stakeholders across a heavily matrixed organization
Lead multiple projects and responsibilities within prescribed timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required (business, economics, finance, or related field preferred)
FINRA Series License preferred
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or business operations in the financial services industry preferred
Strong brokerage business and financial knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners
Basic to intermediate understanding of brokerage, custody, and related operational processes
