About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provide legal support to our attorneys and business partners across a diverse range of private investment vehicles and fund structures
assist in the fund of fund investment transactional process
support the formation, organization and ongoing updates of private funds
assist attorneys with annual review and update of private fund offering documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA or BS degree; paralegal certificate strongly preferred
A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience within a corporate legal department, law firm or financial services environment
Experience with alternative investment products and private markets is required
Familiarity with the offering documents of private funds (PPM, LPA, Sub Docs, NDAs) is a must
Highly organized, self-motivated and self-directed
Must thrive in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
