About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of integrated participant engagement strategy, aligning senior leaders across TEM, Workplace, and Wealth.
  • Drive clarity and enterprise decision‑making through strategic frameworks, success measures, and roadmaps.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for forward‑looking initiatives, incorporating competitive landscape considerations, financial modeling, and alignment with key internal business priorities.
  • Synthesize data, research, and insights to shape strategic recommendations, future‑state engagement strategies, and participant service models.
  • Own and manage multiple complex workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution, effective prioritization, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and passion for the TEM business and its participants, including mission‑driven individuals across healthcare, higher education, and other nonprofit or skilled professional sectors.
  • Lead change effectively, building strong cross‑functional partnerships through empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Operate independently as a self‑starter, while collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7–10 years of experience in strategy or consulting roles (financial services experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently manage large‑scale, complex initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate strategy into executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate large and diverse data sets into clear insights and compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing extensive research into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments while managing multiple stakeholder groups
