About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support Fidelity’s Issue Management Program, including issue monitoring and management
prepare Executive-level reporting
develop and implement risk analytics
support various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program
assist with ensuring that there are prompt identification, escalation, and remediation of issues across all of Fidelity
review issues to ensure they are reported accurately
provide executive level summaries to senior leaders of issues when applicable
produce executive and committee level reporting and presentations for the Heads of Risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor’s or an advanced degree
more than five years of work experience
strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills
superior attention to detail
excellent communication skills
ability to take initiative
desire to remain continually aware of the changing risk landscape and adapt and improve preventive and prescriptive analytics accordingly
ability to create presentations and reporting for executives
Archer, Tableau, and/or Alteryx experience is a plus
experience working collaboratively across an organization
ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize, and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
risk, compliance, and/or reporting experience is a plus
ability to draft summaries for executive level communication
