About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale cloud-based automation and reporting platforms.
Ensure that platforms run effectively and in compliance with corporate security guidelines and industry best practices.
Collaborate with a range of our Platform & Service offerings, which currently span DevOps / DevSecOps, Test Automation & Reporting Platforms, and more.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
2 - 3 years of experience in Cloud development (AWS) skills.
Experience with building and operating highly resilient platforms in AWS cloud environments.
4 - 6 Years of experience in software development with Python, NodeJS, or Java with a focus on SDLC and automation.
Hands on experience working with containers (Kubernetes) and serverless applications (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, S3).
Working experience with Infrastructure as Code E.g. Terraform.
Experience with infrastructure automation and Observability tools E.g. Jenkins, DataDog.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Core.
Scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash Shell Unix Scripting.
Knowledge of basic sysadmin skills in Linux, Networking, Load Balancing.
Strong team focus with good relationship building skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Certification in public Cloud (AWS) or Kubernetes is a plus.
