About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in workplace accommodations and/or leave of absence management.
  • Provide consultative leadership and guidance to a team of Accommodations and/or Leave Advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with ADAAA and EEOC guidelines while helping minimize organizational risk.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders to influence outcomes.
  • Shape strategies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and an equitable associate experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting leave of absence and ADA accommodations, including demonstrated working knowledge of ADAAA, EEOC guidance, accessibility requirements, and FMLA: Certification required.
  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume, and sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and caseload demands.
  • Confidence providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship without direct supervisory authority.
  • Excellent analytical skills to balance compliance, associate experience, and business needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and tailored correspondence.
  • Experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives, vendor partnerships, or enterprise‑level improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving escalations and driving operational or compliance enhancements.
