About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a subject matter expert in workplace accommodations and/or leave of absence management.
Provide consultative leadership and guidance to a team of Accommodations and/or Leave Advisors.
Ensure compliance with ADAAA and EEOC guidelines while helping minimize organizational risk.
Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders to influence outcomes.
Shape strategies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and an equitable associate experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting leave of absence and ADA accommodations, including demonstrated working knowledge of ADAAA, EEOC guidance, accessibility requirements, and FMLA: Certification required.
Strong consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume, and sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and caseload demands.
Confidence providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship without direct supervisory authority.
Excellent analytical skills to balance compliance, associate experience, and business needs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and tailored correspondence.
Experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives, vendor partnerships, or enterprise‑level improvements.
Demonstrated success in resolving escalations and driving operational or compliance enhancements.
