About the role
- Prepare, review, and coordinate production of financial reports for digital products structured as ETPs and LPs
- Produce quarterly and annual reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and product-specific requirements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal quality standards and file documents with the SEC as required
- Lead or participate in operational efficiency initiatives to scale and automate processes for diverse investment products
- Collaborate across Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations to produce and distribute financial statements, prospectuses, and legal documents
- Manage deadlines and maintain high-quality reporting in an operations-focused environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a background in financial services (asset manager, audit firm, or custodian bank)
- Experience preparing or auditing financial statements for alternative investment products, focusing on digital assets and cryptocurrencies
- Advanced accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes and US GAAP for nonregistered partnerships and 33/34/40 Act funds
- Familiarity with product structures: onshore/offshore LPs, master-feeder, open-ended and closed-ended arrangements
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate accounting data into financial statement presentation
- Experience using Geneva or InvestOne platforms (plus)
- Demonstrated success leading teams (required for Senior Manager role)
- Strong project and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
- MBA or CPA preferred for Manager and Senior Manager roles
