Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in the financial service industry
experience using data and analytics to drive and inform strategy
Capacity Planning knowledge is advantageous
Degree, experience, or equivalent experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business)
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools
analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
experience in Tableau, Power BI
experience working with offshore teams preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Intellectually curious and willing to ask questions and challenge status quo
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
comfortable working through ambiguous asks and ideas from concept to delivery
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress
