Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of work experience including 4+ years of financial services experience
  • MBA, CFP or other related licenses or designations a plus
  • Solid understanding of investment products, including managed accounts, the financial planning process and advisory solutions
  • Proven experience analyzing complex customer and business requirements; anticipating operational risks, regulatory considerations and user experience challenges
  • Ability to work independently to assimilate new information, form conclusions and clearly communicate ideas and solutions
  • Experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional partners including product, design and development teams
  • Ability to define and support end-to-end testing and validation approaches to ensure high-quality customer and business outcomes
  • Adept at facilitating discussions with key business partners, ensuring productive dialogue, and influencing critical decisions
