Key responsibilities & impact

effective leadership of approximately 10 Vice President, Managing Directors to ensure the satisfaction and retention of 100+ corporate client relationships
accountable for retention, loyalty, satisfaction, and relationship growth of client book of business
engage with internal business leaders in joint planning and client strategies to deliver upon desired outcomes
develop and maintain strong client relationships across various client constituencies
serve as Executive Sponsor for key client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree required
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Institutional client management and growth experience required
Minimum of 5 years management experience required
Complete series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 90 days of hire
Strong demonstrated negotiation skills spanning complex financial and service delivery related topics
Proven ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders
Strong revenue management and overall financial acumen
Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
Tangible competitive spirit with determination and motivation to win
Proven leadership, coaching, and career developments skills
