About the role
- effective leadership of approximately 10 Vice President, Managing Directors to ensure the satisfaction and retention of 100+ corporate client relationships
- accountable for retention, loyalty, satisfaction, and relationship growth of client book of business
- engage with internal business leaders in joint planning and client strategies to deliver upon desired outcomes
- develop and maintain strong client relationships across various client constituencies
- serve as Executive Sponsor for key client relationships
Requirements
- College degree required
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Institutional client management and growth experience required
- Minimum of 5 years management experience required
- Complete series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 90 days of hire
- Strong demonstrated negotiation skills spanning complex financial and service delivery related topics
- Proven ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders
- Strong revenue management and overall financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities

- Proven leadership, coaching, and career developments skills
